What's included in a SELFTAPE session?

Accepted Answer

Sessions include a reader, coaching, props, teleprompter, editing, on-site WiFi, and file delivery by the time you walk out the door. We deliver through Hightail to your and your reps' emails. All files are delivered in a size suitable for uploading to casting sites. We may help you upload to your selected casting site provided we have enough time to do so (have your login info ready!). The teleprompter is at no additional cost.

Virtual online sessions include reader, coaching, recording via Zoom, editing, and the same file delivery as in-person tapes. You'll receive a Zoom link before your session.

Is there parking?

YES! 
Sherman Oaks: location is in a residential neighborhood with ample street parking steps from the door. 
West Hollywood: Parking lot attached to the building; you MUST park in a SELFTAPE labeled spot. Driveway entrance is on NW side of N. Crescent Heights Blvd, across from the Chevron. Approaching from the North, you will see a sign that says "The SELFTAPE Creative Studios" (new logo sign coming soon). Turn right into the driveway towards the lot. Approaching from Sunset, we suggest turning on to Selma, then wrapping to N. Cresent Heights where you will be approaching from the North and follow those directions. Approaching from Crescent Heights South, we suggest turning left on Sunset, then right on Selma, and following those directions. Again, you MUST park in a SELFTAPE labeled spot. What's the cancellation and change policy for a session?

Accepted Answer

Please provide us with a 12-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to receive a refund of your deposit. A time change within this window may incur an additional fee. This process ensures that the time slot you booked remains available to others who may need to book at that time. All cancellation and change requests to your booking and time slot must be sent to info@selftape.com.(mailto:info@selftape.com)

What other services do you provide?

Aside from our tapes, we also offer virtual coaching, reel editing, scene grabs from almost any site and streamer, classes, and a theater space for performances, rehearsals, table reads, and talk-backs. We will soon be offering a fully operational voice-over/ADR booth to productions or clients who need professional-quality voice-over recordings. Check out our SERVICES tab for more info.
