SELFTAPE CancelLation & Change Policy
When you book, you are booking a duration and a time slot. All cancellation and change requests to your booking and time slot must be sent to info@selftape.com. You must give us at least a 12-hour notice for any cancellations or changes in order to receive a refund of your deposit. If you request a time slot change within this window, you will be subjected to an additional $25 fee. This process is to ensure that the time slot you booked can be opened and available to others who may need to book at that time.
